Our spine are loaded with every steps we take. It's physics... and I won't bore you with more details... But the kind of footwear you are wearing can have an impact on your symptoms With some type of shoes, such as high heels, flip flops, sandals, shoes with poor cushioning, the amount of stress through the joints in our spine goes up to unacceptable level. The lack of cushioning (to absorb shock) or support for your natural arch can cause alignment issues. This could mean that your lower back takes the impact every time your foot hits the ground. Over time, this repeated stress and pressure adds up and lead to a painful and tight lower back.
Wearing shoes with proper cushioning will help absorb pressure and prevent your lower back from taking unnecessary load, which should help decrease your low back pain by a good 25%. Comments are closed.
